I just finished a new oil painting called “RED ROOFS (#51),” and it’s like a little invitation to step into a countryside
daydream. There are these two crisp white houses with bright red roofs hanging out in the middle of a field that’s
practically bursting with fall colors—think golden grasses, wildflowers, and trees showing off their oranges and
pinks like they’re putting on a surprise party. I tried to capture that calm farm feeling, where everything moves
at its own gentle pace and the world feels a bit softer around the edges. Painting this one was like a quiet stroll
through autumn, where the colors hum and the air feels just right. Hopefully, it brings a little piece of that peaceful
country rhythm your way.
